Sunbury Hills WSUD Strategy
Building on strategic planning for the Sunbury area, E2Designlab are assisting Capital Property with planning their new community in Sunbury Hills, a large site adjacent to Jacksons Creek.
In an area with a range of water management considerations, including alternative water supply, waterway protection and erosion control, a range of WSUD options have been considered.
E2Designlab are liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the plans for the development are in tune with the wider strategic plan for the area, and that the proposals will enhance landscape value and biodiversity on the site.
